"The overall experience was positive, however, housekeeping could be more responsive! The one think that irked me was that the building has no elevators. You have to walk 2 flights of steps to get to your room if you are located on the 2nd floor. The beach access is within 2 minutes. The landscaping is nice and staff are friendly! "

I was close to the beach with chairs and beach towels included. Beachfront bar with service on the beach was a nice touch. Food menu was original and good."

"The room was very clean, had everything to cook (hot plate, pans, dinnerware), make breakfast (toaster, coffee appliances). The ocean view was incredible. The Gap is a lively place at night, but in the oceanfront rooms with the bathroom door closed you can not hear the music at night, I hear this is not the case for some rooms near the street. "We loved being on the ground floor and walking out to the pool for a morning swim. Large room with kitchenette. Really fun location. I was impressed to receive a message even before I got home that I had left my phone charger behind! Not for beach swimmers or those with problems climbing stairs to a 2nd or 3rd floor room though!
