When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning. "I booked my room for my daughter’s graduation. We had a medical emergency which caused us to arrive late. I tried calling the hotel and left them a message stating we were arriving late. After driving 12 hours and getting there late after 7pm they told me my room was cancelled and they were already booked. I was left scrambling trying to figure out where to take my family for the night. Terrible that they didn’t even try to reach me before giving up my reservation. They also charged me. ...

"This is my second time staying at this property, this property is great, in a very convenient location right next to the mall. I’ve added the breakfast both times, and it’s been great every time, it’s your classic hotel breakfast (waffles, bacon, sausages (pork and turkey), eggs, fruit, danishes, cereal, etc.) the property is clean as well !"

"The quality was uncharacteristically poor. The non-smoking room had previously been used by smokers. Front desk staff refused to acknowledge this and insisted all rooms are non-smoking. Hallways are dingy. Overpriced for quality received. Outside area are well maintained."
