"Loved everything about this hotel !! Amazing rooms and the lady at the front with the black hair and tattoos I Can’t remember her name but she helped us check in and did an amazing job trying to accommodate our rooms !! "

"Stayed for our family trip and we fairly like it. Pros: seven eleven with gas station is next to the hotel . The best is the parking fee is very affordable. Still convenient to get to downtown Portland. Room is clean and quiet during night. Cons: booked of 4 but not only this hotel , bath towels were not enough. Found a couple tiny sugar ants the desk under TV. Overall we’d like to stay there again : ) "

"The website promises a 24 hour fitness room. There is no fitness room!! I never would have booked a room in a hotel with no fitness center"

"As described, there is a range, microwave and oven. The suite was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful."

"Pool area was not at all as the pictures showed as advertised. I understand it’s an indoor pool but there was mold all over the walls, wall/paint/drywall peeling from the ceiling, water in the spa was merky yellow. Could not close bathroom door all the way in our room, holes in the carpet, walls and doors were dirty. There is no elevator and the continental breakfast was not served due to electrical issues. "

"Not appealing was just a “ coffee bar” with blah muffins and nutri grain bars. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was ok. Kitchen was nice but would have been nice to have a coffeemaker in it. "

"The property is unique and we enjoyed the grounds. The customer interface from staff could use some work. Waiting at the front desk while employees complain about guests is a turn off. Along with the snotty eye-rolling bar staff, or the breakfast waitstaff's whole hearted disclaimer that they could not guarantee the safety of my food from allergens in their kitchen rather than a "we care about your health, we will do our best" If it were my property, I would ask my staff to contain their...

"I don't want to give a bad review. This is one of my favorite places to stay. I routinely book here. My experience wasn't great this time around. I was placed in the wrong room, appears my room was given to someone else. Anyone that books here knows room selection is key. The room I was given was nice and clean, the TV worked one day but not the next. Staff is always great, rooms are clean and city is friendly and welcoming. I will return and stay again."

"I am a bath person. After spending all day in intensive care at Adventist, I was looking forward to a hot bath; no stopper. I tried to shove a wash cloth down the drain, so I did have some success. "

"Didn't change bedding or towels. Someone left our room door open all day. When we for back the second night we stayed, the door next to our door was open, when it hadn't been open when we left. Kind of creepy. "
