"I don't want to give a bad review. This is one of my favorite places to stay. I routinely book here. My experience wasn't great this time around. I was placed in the wrong room, appears my room was given to someone else. Anyone that books here knows room selection is key. The room I was given was nice and clean, the TV worked one day but not the next. Staff is always great, rooms are clean and city is friendly and welcoming. I will return and stay again."

"Stayed for our family trip and we fairly like it. Pros: seven eleven with gas station is next to the hotel . The best is the parking fee is very affordable. Still convenient to get to downtown Portland. Room is clean and quiet during night. Cons: booked of 4 but not only this hotel , bath towels were not enough. Found a couple tiny sugar ants the desk under TV. Overall we’d like to stay there again : ) "

"Best hotel experience I could have hoped for. The suite was a perfect size, clean, and comfortable. Loved having full size refrigerator with ice maker,real glasses and dishes, even a dishwasher! The sofa had a large ottoman so I could put up my feet and the TV could be turned to view from anywhere in suite. The staff were are friendly and arranged a Lyft shuttle for my early morning departure ( no cost to me). I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend to all."
