"I treated myself to this place. My room was very nicely furnished. The resort is excellent. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff at reception and in the dining room were excellent. It was a nice surprise at poolside to see the hot air balloons take to the air on the other side of the river."

Seul problème : l'évacuation de la douche fonctionnait très mal et le problème n'a pas été résolu durant notre séjour. Roof top sans intérêt. Piscine agréable à l'entrée. Le sauna n'était pas allumé. "The room is nice. Service are great as well as the breakfast. The view is also beautiful on the river side and from the swimming pool, it‘s really relaxing. Stay here for the second time, still love it. Only thing that should be improve is the air-con. Seemed like all the room we‘re staying this time including our friends‘ rooms, the air-con wasn‘t quite cool enough even though we‘re turning to only 18c with highest fan speed already. "

"A great choice in Vang Vieng. The shipping container rooms are novel, comfortable, clean and cool. (I think Mr Kong is a bit of a genius.) Good AC, comfortable beds, nice showers, OK breakfast (but you'll need to grab a decent coffee nearby at Kiwi, or a 10 minute walk to wonderful Naked). The location is great. Across the river from the noisier main drag but there's a walking bridge next to the hotel. It's quiet at night. There are 3 very good restaurants nearby- the pizza place, Kiwi...

"Everyone that works here is very friendly and helpful. The property is unique and relaxing with a nice pool and great breakfast to start the day. We stayed in two of the rooms. The first was a huge three bedroom house with an amazing view of the mountains from the top bedroom. For the last night we moved to the smaller one bedroom container which was also comfortable and clean with a small deck for relaxing in the evening. When I go back to Vang Vieng I will definitely stay here again. "

"The Central Hotel is located on the Main Street of Vang Vieng but there’s no noise heard in the rooms. The rooms are very spacious (I had room 302) and the bed is comfortable. The only draw backs were the AC wasn’t great and there doesn’t seem to be a daily (or weekly) room clean. Besides this it was a comfortable enough stay and the staff were very helpful. There is lots of activities and plenty of restaurants on the street and Gary’s Irish Bar is 100m away ! There is a nice breakfast selection...
