Un rajeunissement de chambres sera très apprécié."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel from the moment we arrived until the 9th day we checked out. Our junior suite, adorned with red rose petals felt extra special for our anniversary. We especially loved the generous breakfast buffet and the option to order from the a la carte menu at no extra charge. Also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary sparkling wine and unlimited bottled water from their well and you if you like you can also drink water from the faucet. It was so nice...

"Check in is at 3pm and no one was there. I waited until 3:40pm with two other couples
before the manager/owner/clerk arrive to check us in. No explanation or apology of any kind was offered. The man spoke very little German or English which made it worse. He acted as though he was doing us a big favor just by being there. After we checked-in I went back to the office to ask for an extra set of towels. The man demanded to know why and looked at me like I was going to steal them. Reluctantly he...

"Amazing view. Very nice accommodations. Convenient access to the Schilthorn Gondola. The only downside is that room 26 is directly below the restaurant, which was noisy because chairs slid on the floor until 10:30. Restaurant was convenient and had very good food. They let me order and take food to room because my spouse was ill. Overall, a great place to stay!"

"The hotel was good, the view was amazing. The room size and washroom size was a bit too small compared to what was mentioned as 21m2 in the details. The way to hotel was a real pain as it was up-hill. Not recommend at all if you have luggages and planning to walk to the hotel from the nearest bus stop (600m uphill walk). Overall, the view from the balcony and staff behavior compensates to some extent. Recommend for solo travelers, not family."
