We stayed here for 3 nites was a quiet hotel and great value for money for the area . Staff at hotel were very friendly will defo return in summer

Host's very helpful, breakfast excellent.Room very clean, bed spotless protectors on bed and pillows. A 2 minute walk to the seafront. Manager Dean is a helpful jolly man, nothing was to much trouble. 10/10. Already planning our return.

Dean lovely, room was clean, bit noisy and our TV Didnt work, Breakfast was not enough 1 sauasage, 1 egg, 1 bit of bacon, 1 small scoop of beans so could have been more for £7.50

Great stay

Had a great stay here with the family. Price was great and beds were comfy. Good location too. Would stay here again when back in Blackpool. The gentleman on the desk was friendly

Dean was amazing. Helped us with anything we needed. He was so friendly and kind. He came out and had a cigarette with us. The hotel was clean and not a far walk to the beach. Would definitely come back

For the price of the hotel you really cant go wrong. It was clean and had what it need to in the room. Was only located a 20 minute walk from the tower and surrounding areas. The best part was the man that worked there who came out and had a few ciggies with the boys. He was really sound and funny. Will defo be staying again.

Room was small even though we had booked for a double room with king size bed. There was bad smell of smoke from cigarettes from late night to early morning and a lot of loud noises from the other rooms slamming door & music playing late night.

The man on reception was lovely, extremely polite and helpful. There was a mix up with the payment as the expedia virtual payment was no showing so I ended up paying twice but expedia were quick to sort this. The room cost £75 with breakfast. The property is quite run down and unfortunately someone upstairs was fighting late at night which was quite upsetting, not the hotels fault but the phone number on their website does not work so I couldn't inform reception, snd I didn't want to put myself in danger by going out of the room as it was really quite bad. The bar has a pool table Nd there are a few tables outside. A basic hotel but with a lovely host.

Compared with many others this was value for money. Expedia transferred me after staying one night in an extremely bad hotel and in comparison this was bliss. Stayed 3 nights and it could easily been more. Some of the nearby properties were not well maintained but no issue here. As I had provisions I did not have breakfast but that also sounded good value. Comfortable bed and room all round , not 5 star but neither was the price. Shower took a while to heat up and was not manoeuvrable in its use but plenty of hot water. Just off the south shore amenities and a bus stop a minute inland as well as on the seafront. The reception desk is not always manned but there is normally someone about especially if you are expected. No hesitation in staying again, ignore old reviews.

I wasn’t happy at the fact I had to move rooms because there was a crack in the shower floor I got moved to another room and the shower wasn’t working don’t get me wrong the staff where very helpful

Very well presented guest house polite staff and the rooms are clean and tidy. Very close to the promenade. Would definitely book this guest house the next time we visit Blackpool

Took nearly 30 minutes to arrive and let us in afrer 3 phone calls said be there in a few minutes, its just a good job the front door was open so at least we were.out of the cold, but that made us late for our show, plus we were told we had to pay by cash as he said the card machine wasnt working when it was lit up??? Room Was OK considering what we paid

We were given the wrong room at first, which smelled damp. Then we were given the room i ordered. It was freezing all night and the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Dean, the ownwer was quite nice but didn’t a swer the front doorbell or reception bell much. Ut was ok there but we won't be staying agsin which smelled damp.

The room was clean and warm. A comfortable bed and an adequate bathroom. We were given a choice of which room we would like too . We would be happy to stay again . Decorating is going on so would be nice to see it when it's finished.

The room was very out dated needed painting. The bathroom we had to climb over the toilet to get in shower and door would not open proply food for breakfast was poor not worth £13 had no options and you got 1 of every item and the beans and mushrooms must of been a table spoon had manager argue with me on first day bit after that he was ok with me but would not come back here it is ok but not the best

Dean the owner was very helpful, friendly and a gentleman and made us so welcome. nice lounge with a pool table and well stocked bar.On our first night my friend and I got together with the other guests and had a party night, and danced the night away. We will definitely stay here next time in Blackpool.
