"This is not a chain hotel...why would you want one? Where is the charm of living as the locals do? This place has that charm. This is a small business run by a very loving family. This is the authentic Blackpool experience. I have rarely seen people this welcoming and kind. Everyone was incredibly attentive and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed every moment of my interaction with the family that runs it. Highly recommended. "

"Great place to stay, Lukas and his family were so welcoming, had great chat with Lukas in the bar. Great central location too, we wer staying in Blackpool particularly for the Darts at the Winter Gardens, so was great location."
"A great B&B, how they all should be, a family trip to see the fireworks but they unfortunately they got cancelled at the last minute. You can't fault this B&B and was exactly what I was hoping for, so clean and Simon was an excellent host, the breakfast in the morning was excellent."

"Staff absolutely so lovely, everyone friendly, food really nice, good night in watching the turns playing bingo, made to feel welcome even with the young lads serving in the dining room, would def recommend and will definitely go back, asked to borrow a iron within 5 minutes i had a iron and board brought to my room, beautiful rooms very clean, dont think you would find anywhere as nice and friendly as you do at this hotel "

"Myself and my partner have stayed multipul times and each time was perfect, the owner and his family are so welcoming and kind and caring, they remember each and every guest, its perfect for a few nights stay and everything about the guest house is 100%. "Great location.. friendly staff greeted us on arrival. Room had plenty room to walk round bed. En suite was spacious size. Great size mirror for wife to use.. will definitely be staying here again.. "
"Fab place, perfect hosts really make you welcome!, stayed in rm 8 which was huge! Lots of little extras, even had an Alexa and coffee machine! Bath robes slippers. Bed really comfy, room smelt lovely and was spottless..breakfast was 1st class quality products cooked to perfection, fresh fruits n cereal, nice bar and decor throughout the whole place..highly recommend this place its fab!"
