Upon booking our room, the message regarding the pool stated that they will be open in May. The day before our scheduled check-in I received a message from the hotel stating that the pools will be closed through August. Very disappointed being that this was one of the reasons we booked it. Then the jacuzzi had a glob of hair that was stuck to the filter drain (not my hair) and strands off...

"Great communication of where to park and how to access. Ample beverages to choose from, and breakfast was delicious! As a very early riser, I was able to get a cup of coffee and bring back to my room. I also appreciated the organic half and half that was supplied! Dan & Rosie were very welcoming! Would stay here again if ever in the area. Of note- as the property is located on a busy street, it was a little noisy at times, but I still got a good nights sleep. "Even with a little issue on my end, the staff was willing to fix and work it out with me. Super helpful. The only thing I didn't like was it seems like there was either testing on the fire alarm or something was one with one of them as the alarm kept going off. Once through the night, twice in the morning. Was really the only "problem" per say."
