"Do not stay at this hotel. My daughter spent one night and was bitten by bedbugs. You read that right: bedbugs! When she informed the hotel, they demanded that she produce photos of the bedbugs, which was extremely rude and disrespectful, especially since they could see the bites on her ankle and how painful it was. "Upon check in, I was charged a $50 deposit. However I was unaware, until I checked the website that the deposit is actually only $20. I've been checked out of the hotel for a week and have yet to b refunded my $50 deposit I have spent days contacting them only for the front desk attendant to admit I should have only been charged $20 & not $50.
