Breakfast was buffet style, was good though no fruit. No problem with Wi-Fi. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Excellent location for eateries and seeing old Southampton. Good value and would stay there again. "

He didn’t know we had pre-paid for buffet breakfast so had to find details of booking to show him. The staff on in the morning were totally different; very friendly and helpful.
