"The Royal Suite is stunning, with original frescos and ceiling decorations dating back to the 16th century. The modern additions blend seamlessly and offer luxury comforts. The staff were amazing, particularly Krzysztof who looked after us as we dined in the excellent Pod Nosem restaurant underneath the Suites. He demonstrated a real pride and enthusiasm for Polish cuisine and Wines."

"Location is great "

"I chose this property because I read that it was quiet ànd because I saw that it was in between the Wawel castle and the old market square. Ànd it certainly fit the bill. It was modern inside. The room was large. The staff was very helpful. We did not have the breakfast because it seemed expensive ànd there were several good breakfast options nearby. You could walk almost everywhere although thé Schindler factory museum would have been somewhat far. But, all in all, à well-placed attractive...

"The only downside to our stay is that we’re given a handicap room. The issue was with the bathroom- shower is made for handicapped people and there’s no curtains/ glass do everything in the bathroom gets wet, including the toilet and all your belongings. The sink also sprays everywhere, impossible to use without getting everything wet."

"Very convenient location in Old Town without being on the main road. Very spacious room and bathroom with mini fridge and nice sized wardrobe. Nice patio seating areas. Traditional buffet breakfast serve in the Black Duck restaurant which connects to the hotel. Lift available to the 200 and 300 level rooms, not the 400 level rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. 22 PLN can ride to the train station, but very close to the Trams for getting further out around the city."

"The property was spotless. Everything and more in the apartment you could need. Good location to Jewish quarter and old town. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. "

"I had an amazing stay. I am disabled so for me I need to park close and have a few steps in places as possible. So this hotel was perfect. It’s small and perfect. Utterly spotless rooms with nice large bathrooms. But the best part is the hotel is so close to the castle and the town center. You could it get a more perfect location for the price. I will certainly be coming back to stay. "

"Hotel Santi is in the perfect location. It is just a few minute walk from old town square and maybe 10 min walk to Wawel castle. The roll was beautiful and the bed comfortable. We would 100% recommend staying here "

"This hotel is basic but good. We had the quad room and it was 50 steps to the 4th floor. Room was very spacious, shower was excellent and beds very comfy. Right on main pedestrian area. Good historic looking stay"
