"Great communication and quick replies, all the relevant details were sent through with photos of how to access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in it. Comfortable sofa and bed, all seemed very new and well looked after, it was perfect! Nice and quiet and we had great nights sleep, we stayed 2 nights and it was perfect! We highly recommended this apartment and would stay again! Thanks so much! "

"This property should be taken off the site, the owner never showed up to allow access to the property, no email. I was left with two children and my wife wondering what to do. The support line was unresponsive and I had to book from another site. "

"Had a great stay, no problems. Only suggestion would be to give an extra towel in the room. Front desk staff were great snd breakfast was fantastic but the scrambled egg was always super salty so please tell the chef to use less salt! Otherwise perfect stay! "

"Absolutely impeccable service from Adagio from every single member of staff I encountered. Very friendly ambience. In particular, Andrew on reception was exceptional. Every request I had, he fulfilled to the highest standard. He is always happy to help with anything you need to make your stay more satisfying. "Friendly greeting upon arrival, staff were very helpful. The room was bigger than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise, we really liked how the bedroom was separate from the living area. We wish there more hooks to hang coats, clothes etc and the bathroom was a little smaller than where we have stayed before as one of us has slight mobility issues so moving around the bathroom was tricky but not difficult. We will defintley be staying again, perhaps try the next size up. "

All the meals i had were very tasty and of good quality. The icream portion served with the chocolate was a bit on the small side. It needed to be a full scoop minimum ."
