Property was exactly as shown. Had everything we needed. Fenced in back yard was perfect for the dog. Neighborhood very nice. Host was always responsive when I needed to ask questions. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend

Beautiful property and accurately described in the listing. Extremely clean and well maintained. Excellent location, very close to RTJ golf courses. Owner extremely responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone and would look to stay here again in the future.

Birmingham Golf Trip

We went to play two of the RTJ Golf trail and this house was perfectly located. Everything was great. Host was responsive and we totally enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Golf Trip

Spent two nights here on a golf trip with a few friends and had a very nice stay. The location is perfect if you're looking to play either of the RTJ courses in the area. The check-in process was super easy. The house was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed.

Great house in a great location

Me and a few friends took our 3rd annual golf trip to Birmingham this year. This house was even better than expected. Very clean and met our every need. Beth is a great host and I would recommend her to anyone!

B’ham cottage

Checkin was flawless. Really cute cottage. We enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for us as we traveled to and from Samford U. There is some maintenance that needs to be done. Kitchen faucet is very loose, hall bath toilet does not flush properly, towel bar in master is very loose. Kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned and trim on them needs a good dusting. Mattresses are not the most comfortable.

We stayed here for a few nights while visiting family nearby. The home was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 4. Not really walkable to anything but tons of stuff within 10 minutes drive.

Football stay

The house was very clean and comfortable. The supplies in the house were minimal- no coffee or any shower supplies so need to bring your own. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and the location was great - a Starbucks, Chick fil an and Super Walmart were in the same plaza.
