"The hotel in general was ok. Having to book a table in the bar was not ideal when we wanted a quick drink. Room cleaning was really late and after spending a day out expected room to be clean when we arrived back at 4,30pm - it was not. Not much step free access , so not ideal if got mobility issues. We stayed on the 2nd floor and there was a wedding reception on the first floor on our first night, the noise was awful and went on until 2am, we had to complain along with a number of other guests,...

"Wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza. Everything was perfect. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was 10/10. The best thing about the experience was the staff. Please update your advertising of the pool as a tantalizing “rare find” for families who won’t have access to the pool, as we only spring for this fancy place for that reason. "

"The hotel is very clean and perfect for a short stay, particularly well located for anything happening at the university. Rooms are comfortable with everything you need. There was a university event going on the first night and from the first floor you could still hear quite a bit of noise, but it didn't go on past midnight. The cost is high for the hotel and that was without including breakfast so it was a bit pricey for what you are getting."

"I don’t think they can claim that a couple of pots of yogurt and a few bits of fruit counts as breakfast. No drinks available at all. The photo of pastries on the listing is highly misleading and should be removed. If they can’t provide breakfast they should sell as a room only option."
