"Room was really clean and well stocked with tea and coffee. Good location however a bit noisy from the road below. Staff all really helpful and polite. Parking available at a charge but plenty available. Will stay here again."

"The room was spotless. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. This place opened only two days before we arrived. So there were a very quirks to be ironed out in our room. We informed the front deck and for the inconvenience the gave us a complimentary breakfast. This is a very nice hotel, newly renovated in a contemporary style."

"Lovely welcome from the start. Very clean tidy rooms. We do think some hooks on the wall or door would be helpful and maybe a shelf for the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are pretty quiet for having a busy road and a railway track near by. Would recommend staying here"

"Very nice hotel in Auckland. The room was very clean and had some really awesome views of the Sky Tower via big floor to ceiling windows. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location within walking distance of tons of great places to eat. We parked in the nearby Civic Car Park for a great price, but they do have some parking for pick-off and drop-off. We would definitely consider staying here again!"
