"Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! "

"We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast area was extremely kind. Very happy with our stay. "

"Very good for the price! Full hot breakfast, very convenient parking. Anything you need near by and a lot within walking distance. We were surprised to see a full mexican restaurant entrance from the hotel lobby! We enjoyed late night drinks and chips and queso. "

"This is simply a nice hotel. It is completely non smoking. The inly bad thing was the fact that i was mischarged for 4 night under somone else name. They said it was refunded but it hit my bank account. Waiting in the refund. The young lady checking me in had a kit going on at the time and made the error. Just need the refund to hit"

"Worse staff ever. Took an hour check in. Room was prepaid. They charged $155.01. Stated system glitch. Supposedly refunded but it was charged again. Manager Rhema called me a liar and said it was her word against mine. Her representative Jessica said refund timeframes was 2 days. Had to call corporate. Still waitin on refund "

"I can’t say anything negative about this establishment, and if I could it wouldn’t be for a lack of effort on the employee’s part!
Every instance the staff were eager to assist us with anything from passionately recommending restaurants, cleaning rust off the bathroom vanities, coming in on some of their off days to salt the walkways when it snowed, and even sharing the recipe for their wonderful chocolate banana bread.
I loved staying here, the grounds are beautiful and thought is put into...
