There are two large malls on both sides of the apartment about 0.7 km. Across street is good grocery store. Right next door is McDonald's. The kyiv has rotating blackout the are posted in the elevator. The wifi and elevator work during the shutdowns. The fifth had kid area and nice relax. Yulia speaks English...
