"The wild goose and was beyond what I ever imagined it was such a nice quiet quaint place to take a nice break and just relax I got to enjoy it with my girlfriend for my birthday Al was amazing and as was the young gentleman that made my breakfast in the morning Paul maybe? "The room okay. The carpet felt dirty on bare feet. I did not like that we didn't get room service or the option for room service. The had a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said you would get room service every 3 days, which we were only staying 3 nights - no room service for fresh towels, get our trash, etc. Everywhere else I have been, they offer daily room service if I chose."

"I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue. After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I"

"The check in process was so fast and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lobby has a small convenience store area that was very well stocked also. If we're ever in Lansing we'll definitely come back!"

"When we arrived and were assigned our room there was an unusual smell and we believed it was coming from the AC unit. We originally thought is was temporary but unfortunately after 30 minutes the smell was still quite overwhelming. We had taken our concerns to the front desk. They were genuinely concerned for us; profusely apologized and instantly assigned a new room to us. My family and I decided if we were going to return in the future to visit our relatives, this would be the hotel for us....

"Rooms were clean. Had a couple of bathroom issues that were taken care of immediately. The bed was comfortable. The pool was just warm enough and clean. The pool area was clean too. The breakfast was good - waffles, Danish, fruit, cereal - hot and cold . The eggs and meat varied by day. Coffee was good. Most of the staff were very friendly. A couple of them seemed to be having a tough day. Lots of parking. Room layout was a little confusing and we had to walk a ways before getting to the...
