"Almost everything was great. There were only a couple of things that we didn’t like. First, we paid for 2 queen beds, but the beds were double. Second, the dishwasher was full and thirdly, the hotel supplied lotion had been used. Not new."

"Check in was fine and it's a basic 3 star hotel so I didn't have high expectations but to be told I have to plunge my kids rooms toilet and then only offered towels as a way to have the floor and toilet cleaned after dirty human waste water gets everywhere since the toilet was overflowing, is beyond disappointing and disturbing. "The property was beautiful. I’m upset because I didn’t get free WiFi. Also, there was no extra toilet paper or Kleenex. I had to go and ask for both. "

"Every thing were great from room to breakfast and staff were amazing except we were expecting the pool to be opened as there was no mention of it being closed when we made the booking. However,, we still enjoyed the stay and definitely will recommend the property."
