"Really appreciated how clean the property was. The house has been updated and felt fresh. Typically, when we enter any rental, there’s a chemical smelly plug-in in every room and every closet. They were still in the property, but this was not overwhelm chemicals. It was truly fresh and clean. We also appreciated all the little condiments and special things left to help us in case we forgot. Equally we liked that we didn’t have to throw excess away when we left the property, like unopened soda...

"Very nice, attractive place with excellent location. Until we kept the fan on it seemed that in order to cool the upstairs the downstairs got very chilly. Keeping the fan on solved this.Would be good to have more than one trash can downstairs. (Unless I missed one.) Minor stuff. I would stay again. "

"This was a fabulous place to stay! Quiet neighborhood but still close to Mass St and KU. House was just as listed. Very clean. Really enjoyed being able to park in the garage. The only issue we had was the WiFi not working for 3 of our 5 day stay. The owner was responsive but unfortunately had to get a technician out to fix the issues so it took a few days to resolve. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!"

"Great house, great location. Perfect for our group. Online listing did say there were 4 beds but we arrived to only find 3. No problem though because it has the most comfortable couch ever made. Great spot."

"Maybe the best VRBO I have ever booked. The house is comfortably big for a large group. We had 10 women. Everything was clean. The host went above and beyond to provide unexpected treats, coffee, fruit, win, snacks,etc. The outside decks and patios provided an accommodating place to enjoy the beautiful view. We throughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Loved this property. We traveled from Iowa to see our daughter at KU and have a weekend together. Area was easy to travel. We had fun at a local farmers market and NOTO. Even got to see the Tulips and Twlight event. House was clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. "This rental is a sizeable home located in a nice neighborhood. It was a short drive to get to restaurants, shopping and the university. The back yard is large and fenced with plantings and places to sit. It is a great play space for children and setting for pictures.
