"Checking in was tough. There were a lot of people there for some party it seemed. The front desk attendant probably needed extra help. He helped customers that walked in after me with their drinks before getting my room key. He was kind and everything went well after that. "

"Overall, this was a good hotel experience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. My negative feedback is that the advertised hot breakfast was missing plates, forks, gravy for the biscuits, and cinnamon rolls. It was like someone forgot to order nearly everything. Also, the breakfast area floor was really sticky. The coffee was edible, but barely."

"I had really bad luck with another hotel and I had to book this one at the last minute. I called the next morning to see if I could come check in early, she said no problem, no charge, you’ve been through enough, we have a room ready. When I tell you Nya made my experience so great. "This is our third stay here - wonderful room with kitchen and spacious split bathroom. All very clean. When we checked in our room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Staff immediately moved us to another room. Pool, hot tub, workout room and game room are all pluses. Wonderful hot breakfast with fruit and yogurt as well. Only drawback - we could not stay and there were no to go containers. Comfortable bed. "
