"What a wonderful find! We were looking for a fun place outside of D.C. Condo was spacious, updated and clean. Close to hiking, nice pools and grounds. "

"Only thing is people need to respect the reserved space for those that are disabled. We had two people park in that spot and they were not staying with us in the unit. Yes, there are other spaces but having that spot for husband does make a difference. "

"Well appointed home. Location is gorgeous, extremely private, quiet, close to the river with 2 seating areas by the water, one with a fire pit and grill. Owners quick to respond. "

"The pictures on VRBO do not do this place justice. It is beautiful here. The view from the porch is absolutely amazing. Location is close to anything you need. We kayaked nearby, hiked, ziplined, and fished every night. My kids even braved the dark to try some catfishing! They are HUGE and plentiful from the fishing area! You feel very secluded there. We even saw the Milky Way! We grilled, watched movies and just had a wonderful time!"

"Had a wonderful three day stay in this rustic mountaintop cabin. Kitchen was decently stocked, both bathrooms worked well, and beds were comfortable. Owner was very responsive to the one question we had. Would definitely book again."

"Very nice rustic get-a-way in a quiet neighborhood - relaxing retreat. Close to attractions and kayaking in the river. The outdoor theater was a nice touch - helpful hints: you will need a computer, DVD player, or an Amazon fire stick to work the projector (HDMI connection) with wifi capability and take a Bluetooth speaker to enhance your experience. Great yard if you have dogs, but don't forget flea/tick protection to keep them safe. Kristen was excellent with communication! I would recommend...

"Enjoyed our stay, we will come again in the fall. Was nice being able to bring our dog. She loved being able to be on the porch with us with no lead. "

"Beautiful property with amazing views. Was so great to relax and enjoy the nature. Easy access to recreation around Luray and the Shenandoah Valley. The home had everything we needed and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We hope to visit again!"

"Beautiful resort, clean & spacious condo. Lots of activities for the family to enjoy. I recommend staying away from the timeshare presentation they offer guest. "

"We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Falling Leaf Cabin and had so much fun! We had meals at The Chop House Bistro, Dsrk Horse Irish Gastro Pub, West Main Market Beer and Wine Garden, Gathering Grounds Cafe and Glen Gordon Manor - all were fantastic! We loved the back deck and were often relaxing and reading our books out there. The hot tub was the best - seeing the fireflies at night in the yard was special. The beds were comfortable and Andrea was available for any questions we had....

"Very nice place. Cute cabin with lovely views. The fire pit are with a covered couch swing is great for evenings. If you are an early riser, there are nice sunrise views of the mountains. Enclosed property so you feel safe at night. We even dozed off one night on the swing looking at the stars. Hot tub was good and seemed well cared for. "Great stay..bathrooms needed to be cleaned "

"We had 3 16 year olds, 12 and 19 year old plus my boyfriend and myself stayed here for 5 days. The train through the back yard was awesome, the beautiful river, private dock and fire pit across the street was perfect. Having the kids crossing the road was really a non issue for us since they are older. I was worried about sharing one bathroom but we made out just fine also not having a TV worried me but turned out to be great. Got us to spend time together and looking for the next thing to do....

"The house was very cozy and exactly what we wanted/ needed in a get-away. The grill and firepit were highlights for us! The property was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Our group has already talked about when we can go back! The communication and property instructions were very informative and clear. That was much appreciated! We loved our stay!"
