"Had a wonderful stay at this property! Loved the room in front of the pool area. Well designed, had an extremely comfortable bed, and excellent quiet AC. The room had did not have any musty smell or humidity I often find at many hotels — and smelled wonderful upon extra. I stay in hotels 10 months of the year - this room I found checked all my boxes. Service throughput my 2 days was top notch and the pickup service and drop off into town was an excellent addition. Will be my “go to” hotel...

"La habitación se inundaba cada vez que llovía y no venían a limpiar el suelo.. Limpiaron la Habitación pero nunca llegaron a recoger las botellas de agua vacías El desayuno, que era a la carta, tardaba 1 hora en llegar. El chico de recepción no tenía muchas ganas de trabajar."

"Everything was fine, with no surprises; often a pinnacle of achievement in this environment. Staff were attentive and friendly. Accommodation was comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Amenities were nice. "

"+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more...

"The Staff was very helpful. We left an unused pool towel outside the night before and they did their best to try and find it. The location is excellent with an easy and safe walk to many restaurants along the riverfront."

"Our stay was great : the hotel itself has a nice setup with different pools and an access to the river. The common space are big, in the shades most of the time and well maintained. The food was unexpectedly great, like really really good. The room was good, with everything needed to have a good night. Would definitely stay again !"

"Resort is not completely finished yet, but really clean and spacious. The restaurant was absolutely delicious. There were a lot of facilities on the resort you can use for free. We would recommend staying here."

"Beautiful hotel off the beaten path but not too far from town. Loved the private feeling from taking a boat ride from the very nice private pier to the hotel. The entire staff consistently went way above and beyond to take care of us. The food was incredible as well. Id give more stars of possible. Thank you for the incredible stay!"

"The staff are all so nice and helpful! They helped me book a tour (which was so much fun, I learned a lot and had a blast) and book my bus going back to Siem Reap. It was seamless. They also helped me with my laundry even though I just gave it to them the day before I left so it was a little rushed. The restaurant staff are also so accommodating and nice. And the restaurant itself was just so airy and fresh. Thanks for a great stay!"
