"The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. Walkable to catacomb, coniche the citadel, st mark’s and Roman theater. "

"The sea view is super fantastic! Location is very convenient in center Alexandria where all important places are within a walking distance or a short ride. Staff are very friendly and respectful. "I wish I could give this place minus. Avoid if u are traveling alone or generally are a woman. Or if u are a breathing human being. The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. "Needs some attention & money spent on this hotel to live up to expectations. Staff were excellent but the hotel is clearly badly managed. Breakfast was not efficient, partly due to unusually high volume of people. The ‘ manager ‘ strutted around watching the wait staff struggle . 1 poor man trying to cook eggs for way too many people. It was a long wait for my poor husband ! "
