"An absolutely amazing experience at the Parkgate Hotel. The staff are so thoughtful and charming. Super-central location. Unassuming luxury. If there was any quibble, it would be that we thought access to the spa was included in the price, which it wasn’t. Other than that, highly recommended!"

"The apartment overall was rundown and didn’t feel clean and tidy. The entrance to the apartment was not very clean. The laundry area looked dirty. "Nothing wrong with the apartment/building but it was too hot- even when the outside was cool. 20/21 degrees outside and the room temperature was 29 degrees, even with window open/cool breeze and 2 fans on. Other guests had same experience as well. Shame as everything else was great"

"the rooms were excellent, spacious and nice amenities, the open bath was a nice touch. importantly rooms have A/C! easy parking outside and easy access to the Pub, restaurant and little zoo. Highly recommend. head to the pub to check in (that bit could have been clearer)."
