"Cozy and a very safe neighborhood! A very clean space and nicely decorated. It was perfect for me between two places I needed to visit often in a daily basis. Carla is very friendly and a great hostess. Excellent communication skills. i had an ac problem in the suite above the garage and she was on it and had a tech fix right away.A great stay "

"Check in was SEAMLESS. Access to the home was shared to me in a timely manner. Early check in and late check out options were available and communicated as needed. The home is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups! There was plenty of room for my entire family that was in town to celebrate my daughter's graduation. We will be returning!"

"The home was very spacious & clean ! It sleeps 8 adults comfortably in the 4 bedrooms. It was in a good neighborhood & close to stores. It was close to South Gas Arena under 10 minutes away .We enjoyed our stay !"

"This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Covington! We wanted a quick weekend getaway to relax/unwind and this was exactly what we were looking for. It was so fun visiting the horses, pigs, dogs, cats, goats and chickens. We will definitely be back!"

"Our family had the best weekend at this house! Everything was fresh and clean, the view of the lake through the trees is magical, and the dock and location on Lake Lanier are ideal. We have rented many properties through VRBO and Colby is one the best hosts we have had. He responded immediately to our questions and was extremely generous. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again!"

"This house was perfect for our group of ten with ensuite bedrooms for all and large seating areas inside and out. It is located on a quiet street and has plenty of parking with a large circular driveway and carport for two cars. The owner/manager is very responsive and the checkin and checkout process was a breeze. The lake is beautiful and there's a marina just around the corner. We look forward to returning to this wonderful house."

"I will definitely be using this home for my next and hopefully all trips in Georgia. The home was comfortable and spacious…there were towels out on the bed, folded neatly. The kids didn’t want to leave lol..they loved “the blue house” lol. The neighborhood was very quiet. I liked that we were able to walk around the neighborhood. "

"The stay was nice. Sam and Luann are great host. Though the Vrbo is under where they lice, we didn't notice them at all. Unless you see the truck in the drive way you don't know they're home. The pool and sauna are awesome. And even though we were by the lake, there were no bugs even in the yard. "

"Host was very friendly! The property is exactly as described. Could have been cleaned a tad better before we arrived, but the overall experience of the stay was great!"

"This is a beautiful home in a quiet country setting yet minutes away from many shops and restaurants. It was spotless and very comfortable. I can't remember the last time I slept so well in comfort and quiet. The host, Tania, was an excellent communicator and genuinely invested in ensuring our stay was a good one. Highly recommend."
