Adorable blue and white 1-level ranch home is relaxing, peaceful, offers huge rooms and an open floor plan. It has a beautiful wooded lot, shaded outside porch to sip coffee in the morning and plenty of close parking.

It is newly renovated and situated on an acre of land close to Athens, UGA, Restaurants, Shopping, etc. Don't walk up flights of stairs after a day at a UGA game or shopping!

It is in a great location! Within walking distance to our home is a Locos restaurant that often has live patio music. Enjoy it at the restaurant or listen to the music outside our home.

The bright and inviting 1 bedroom home is easily accessible from the parking spaces. The home is tastefully decorated with NEW living room and master bedroom furnishings. The spacious, full bathroom is close to the master bedroom.

We offer a microwave, mini-fridge and fully stocked coffee station with direct access to the dining area with a huge dining table. There is NO sink or stove/oven.

Interior amenities include a large flat screen, smart TV in the living room, free secured wireless internet (WIFI) and all LINENS PROVIDED.

No pets allowed. No smoking.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect! Spotless clean, beautiful setting/location. The coffee bar had everything and the presentation was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay during the Allstate Choral Event. The home was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. It was the perfect place to relax after long days of rehearsals and performances. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and added special touches that made our visit even more enjoyable — including freshly baked cookies that were absolutely delicious. It truly made us feel at home. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. In the evenings, deer would gently wander through and graze nearby, which was such a unique and memorable experience. Watching them added a calm and special charm to our stay. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay for the event, and we would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended.

Nice, quiet and private location on a property filled with trees. Saw plenty of deer! Great wooded residential neighborhood for walking and yet so convenient to shops and restaurants just around the corner. The home was very clean and the homemade chocolate chip cookies were delicious! Would definitely stay here again if visiting Athens….

I absolutely loved the home and its location. The yard is nice, and the neighborhood is very calm, peaceful, and quiet. Shops and restaurants were 2-3 minutes away within walking distance. I read reviews about there not being a full kitchen. The home is still perfect without the kitchen. I made much use of the microwave and fridge. The host left homemade cookies that we all enjoyed. The coffee/tea bar was ideal and equipped with everything needed for a nice cup of coffee, hot chocolate, or tea. The only thing I would recommend is, an air fryer or small toaster oven. It would be nice to have a toaster or an air fryer for foods that need the crisp that microwaves can’t add to food. The embroidered towels were really nice in the bathroom. I always bring my own soap and hair supplies. This home had no bath soap, shampoo, or conditioner but the stores were nearby so the other guests that were staying with me went to purchase what they needed. I would also recommend putting a tv in the bedroom, nothing huge and expensive just something to go watch when it’s time to wind down for the evening for those of us that love a good movie before bed. Thrift stores have tvs for less than 50. Overall, I thought this home was lovely, clean, and tranquil. I would definitely stay here again. I loved the old time charm in the home too. Simply superb!

Excellent location!

This newly renovated home in an excellent location has everything but the kitchen sink. Of course, we knew there was no kitchen, and for our needs we did not need one. I had knee replacement surgery recently, so the only negative was the very high bed which required the use of the provided stool to get in and out of bed. The homemade cookies left by the host was a nice touch. When we left the property early in the morning the last day, we were thrilled to see a herd of deer in the huge yard.

Hidden Gem

My husband and I stayed here for a football game weekend. Everything was clean and comfortable. Giant living/dining room area and interesting antique furniture/decor. We stayed in November so enjoyed even turning on the electric fireplace! The location was a bit of a drive from campus, but easy to hop on the loop to get back.

Nice convenient place - Beautiful Decor

The place was very nice with a wide-open floor plan. I really loved all of the antique furniture, was very comfortable. It would be more like an upscale one bedroom efficiency without a kitchenette but a HUGE living room. There is a nice little coffee bar with a mini fridge and microwave. They were absolutely delicious fresh baked cookies and lots of wildlife at night (mostly deer and an armadillo). My only complaint is the air conditioning works great in the front of the house, but the bedroom was a little warm and the plug-in air fresheners were a little overpowering for me. Overall you can tell the host takes pride in their property.

Good for a quick trip

Easy to find and check in, lots of space, and plenty of parking. The property was clean and well stocked with clean towels. Not really a kitchen or even kitchenette, but it did have a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker - perfect for our stay as we didn't plan on cooking. Also, nicely stocked with bottled water, coffees, and teas. The bed was a little high to get in and out of (could be difficult for those with mobility issues), but very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. Overall, a nice place to stay.
