"The customer service is excellent. Definitely a draw to return on future trips. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast choice could be improved, but it is currently satisfactory. "

"We went during March so the weather was not warm yet but booked because I found a great deal and wanted to check out this hotel. Overall the grounds are nice. The bedroom was smaller than expected. Location is great with being right on the beach. Breakfast was typical since it was free. The pool was somewhat heated but not really but overall my kids were able to enjoy."

"Great staff..... less than average property. This was a long weekend away for two adults. This was a nice place-ish. The staff were great, especially Tim the maintenence man and the front desk staff. It was un-nerving that the ENTIRE floor smelled like weed for the first 3 days we were there. And nothing was done about it. If i smoked a cigarette there we would have been charged incidentles. We did report this but nothing was done. The smell was sickening! "Beautiful ocean view. Easy access to the beach. Spacious room and fully equipped kitchenette. Exactly what we wanted!"

"Kids loved the pool. Room was excellent! Front desk staff was above & beyond & super friendly! The only thing I could ask for is a broom, I’m one that still cleans up on vacation & a broom would’ve been excellent to have! Also more trash bags. "

"Appreciate the bfast and carafes of water in rooms. Really like the layout of rooms and that everything is new/updated. The view from lobby is gorgeous. The shower water temperature was a bit tricky to modify. Parking was easy. "

"Ice rink was not available the first two days which was the only reason we booked at the Carousel my grandchildren love to ice skate. The hot tub was not working on Saturday the Coffee shop was not open the first 2 days. "

"This is a solid, not fancy place almost directly on the beach. It is less than 5 minute walk to the beach and to several restaurants. The hotel is showing its age but is well maintained. The beds are comfortabl. The rooms are a good size. Parking in the ramp near the room was a nice feature. The shower wasnt great, both in terms of water pressure/ shower head and also water splashing out. It was just what we needed for the night we were passing through. Great value."

"My husband had to slam his shoulder into open our door to our room. The manager came over and had to do the same and said he knew about it. The microwave had rust in it. The blinds to the bathroom were broken and people walking outside could s the us in the bathroom. Said offered hair dryer and there was none. Rust in the bathroom and mold in the shower. Very noisy. Beds were very comfortable. "
