"I unfortunately did not have a good experience at this property. I was placed in a room that did not match my booking on Expedia, no linen/ bedding and the communication was very poor at the properly. I had to escalate to Expedia for help and support. "

"Was able to check in a tad early which was quite handy. Unit was very clean. Building was very quiet. Easy to find and get to. Neighbourhood was quiet. Check out process was also easy. Having access to a washing machine during my stay was very handy although it was a bit challenging to figure out as someone who has never used washing machines in Europe (I should’ve googled before thinking I could easily figure it out lol) but my only potential suggestion there would be a laminated easy guide for...

Because the photos and the description do not match reality. The listing clearly states that guests have access to a BBQ (as shown on the website), but the real photos do not confirm the presence of any barbecue area.
