"Plenty of space! Clean! The batteries in a remote were not working, host sent a local delivery service with replacement batteries and a chocolate cake! Great communication! It was a rainy weekend but there was plenty of indoor activities especially in the game garage. Would definitely book again!!! Thank you for an awesome stay!!!"

"House had plenty of bedrooms and space to hangout and spend time together. Easy to get around Rochester area from the location. Only one shower so plan around that with your group!"

"Cute house with charming Christmas decorations in every room. That really made our stay feel special. I want to give 5 stars but the beds in our experience are much, much too firm. Three adults and two kids had a hard time getting a decent night's sleep during our three night stay unfortunately. I don't think I have ever slept on a foam mattress that was so firm. On a plus side, there were lots of games to keep us occupied between visits to the areas wonderful museums. "

"Stayed at Grayshores this past weekend, I must say it was nothing short of amazing! My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great accommodations! beautiful property, and amazing views. Thank you!"

"We mainly used the house as a sleeping spot. We had a remembrance for my late wife in the area and had to set that up at a park south of Rochester. We have a lot of family in the area and had to visit with them, so we didn't really hang out in the house much during the day. The keurig was a nice accessory. We could have used more towels. There were 4 of us and only 3 towels.Having access to a washer/dryer was nice."
