Located next to the pool, spa, pickleball courts, office, and clubhouse, guests can easily relax and enjoy the amenities of this charming community. For those looking to explore the beautiful surroundings of Sunriver, the condo is conveniently situated near a bike path and within walking distance to SHARC and The Village, offering endless outdoor activities and dining options. Mt. Bachelor and the City of Bend are a short drive away. The condo is able to accommodate up to six guests, making it suitable for families or groups of friends. As an added bonus, guests have access to bicycles (seasonal) to further explore the area. Please note that this condo does not allow pets. Check in people are great to work with. We enjoyed the pool especially since it was so close. Overall we enjoyed our stay. There were some things to think about. Your blinds were all messed up and my husband had to re attach the rods that open and close and many of the blinds weren’t on correctly and had to be fixed. Need instructions for your tv. Was pretty complicated with 7 remotes. One of the showers is very slippery so be careful. 1 of the partial owners went into the bike storage without authorization and we had 2 of our personal e-bikes stored for security.

Better than expected

The photos do not do this place justice. It is beautiful inside and out. The location was perfect for us to ride the provided bikes to the Village, Nature center and parks. The condo is tastefully decorated. We reaply enjoyed our stay.

Cute place!

We had a great time in this home. My kids loved the whirlpool! Just a couple minor housekeeping issues (dirty washcloth was left in the hall bathroom), but we had everything we needed and will definitely consider coming back for future visits!

Great condo

Online pictures are 100% accurate. The unit was super easy to find amongst the circles upon circles of Sunriver roads. It was extremely clean. Response from the owner was kind of slow as the last question I had asked came back to me on the day of check in, after we had already left. Once there, we couldn't figure out the the living room TV . Some directions in the room would have been helpful but we gave up and played cards. ( i wanted to know if there was a DVD player so I could pack some movies but didnt hear from the owner until after we left home and had a 4 hour drive to get there).Answer to that is the living room has a Blueray and master bedroom has a DVD player. The jetted tub in the master didnt have a working plug in the tub - or at least I couldn't figure it out. So the tub drainedout at the same rate as the water filling it. It was not a relaxing soak and only used it once. The shower in the main bath was very slick, need to have the option of putting something on the floor of the shower as my 82 year old mother almost slipped on it. The master bedroom gets most of the heat. It also would have been great to know before hand that the 2 twin beds in the bedroom could have been made into a king bed. I paid an extra $20 in the office to have that done once we checked in as it was not mentioned on the VRBO listing. but hey, whats $20 not to fall out of a twin bed in the night! The beds were very soft, sinkable and comfy. And the sheets were high quality and very soft. Other than that, it was a very well stock unit, clean, and quiet, tons of towels and starter packs of laundry soap, dish soap were appreciated. The fireplace is nice ambiance but does not really give out much heat if your sitting in front of it. The ladies in the office were very helpful and nice. the unit sleeps 6 but 4 would easily fit and not be over crowded as the rooms were all very large. It was cold and rainy while we were there so didnt get spend any time on the deck or use the BBQ. Would I rent this unit again? YES I WOULD. Would I recommend it? YES.

Really brief stay

I can’t truly offer a review for this owner or condo because there was an issue at checkin and the office moved me to a different unit about 30 minutes after we entered the unit. What I can say is this: The condo was as described, a very spacious and nice looking unit. My impression is that the condo offices handle the rental aspect and I have no reason to believe the issue we encountered was due to anything the owner was responsible for. The office was very responsive at fixing the issue we had. And the only interaction I had with the owner was the check in instructions but I found her informative and helpful. On a broader view, the location of these condos is great, walking distance to SHARC. It’s a little further to sunriver village, still walkable but in mid winter we would drive (about 3-4 minutes). I’d stay at The Ridge condos again and recommend it to others as an affordable alternative to hotel
