Comfortable 464 sq ft studio condo in Sunriver, OR that can sleep 4. Condo offers 1 Queen bed and 1 Queeen sofa Bed, 1 bathroom and a kitchenette. Both mattresses are new.
tip:Sofa mattress is thinner than a regular mattress because it has to fold inside of the couch.
kitchenette includes: mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee maker with complemnetary K-cup coffee, sink, toaster oven. Portable countertop burner with pots and pans. Air fryer.
Features a cozy atmosphere with high wood ceilings.
You will enjoy a peaceful setting out on the balcony with a gas grill .
This is a upper unit. Stairs are required.
Includes: 4 Sharc Passes to the pool.

Julie has done a wonderful job of providing all that is needed to make a short or long term stay quite pleasant. She quickly responds to any questions. Appreciated the stay and would stay again.Location is outstanding and the place is very peaceful and quiet.

Nice place for the price. Close to everything or within walking distance. WiFi was excellent, tv not so much. Shower head low, so if you’re short it’s perfect, not so much for taller folks. Over all we enjoyed staying there.

Absolute gem of a studio condo; clean, comfortable and great for a little family getaway. The little kitchen makes it easy to prepare small meals and enjoyable to stay in. The fact it's just a stones throw away from the SHARC and the Village makes it a fantastic option to the larger condos.

Location was great but unit lacked in some areas. There was no dresser or open shelves to store clothes for 5 days-lived out of suitcases. No cupboard to store our food-moved a few decor plants in kitchen to make room. Clock in living rm should be silent ticking. Since condo was located in a quiet area all you heard at night was the ticking of the large clock. The internet for TV- TV kept pausing because of internet even though we followed directions in the binder numerous times. Lastly the hid-a-bed mattress needs to be replaced. It was VERY uncomfortable & every time one turned you heard creaking sounds all night!!!!! Oh & no shelf in bathroom to store anything.Sunriver is a great place to visit.

Great For A Quick Trip

Great place with a fitting cabin feel that lacks in details.

I would recommend this VRBO to anyone who's looking to stay at Sunriver. However, given the exorbitant price for essentially a studio apartment I truly expected it to be cleaner and not absolutely frigid temperature upon check in. We found the sleeping arrangement oddly lit and were forced to decide between complete darkness before bed or blinding, harsh light coming from directly above.This is a great place that simply doesn't do the little things right. We'd love to return and see some improvements like a dimmer switch and maybe an activation of heat the morning of an arrival. Again we're very thankful and do hope to come back someday.

Bachelor and Bend Holiday Weekend

My fiancé and I stayed at this wonderful condo for the holiday weekend. We made frequent trips to Bend and skied multiple days at Bachelor. The condo was warm, cozy and fit our needs. Would book again!

Cozy Getaway

This quiet cozy getaway is close to Sun Rivers Village, which provides shopping, food, and fun!The passes to the swimming pool and hot tub are an added bonus! Loved how incredibly clean and quaint this little studio condo was!!!

Great location!

Check in process was easy and Julie was always responsive when I messaged her. The condo was clean and well decorated. Perfect for a short weekend getaway for a couple. Only problem was there is no A/C which I was aware of before staying. There was a fan but we had to crack open windows to cool down the place but it still was uncomfortable to sleep at night. It would be useful if there was a portable A/C because the place just gets so hot in the summer months. Overall, I would recommend this place in the winter time but it’s just way too hot to stay in summer.
