    This spacious, air-conditioned home is located in the heart of Sunriver, with easy access to anywhere you’d like to go. As you enter the home, you'll notice the beautiful wood and stone accents, high ceilings, and the feel of a ski lodge in the woods with ample space and amenities.

    The open-concept living area is comfortably furnished with amenities like a large flat screen TV, surround sound, and gas fireplace. You’re sure to enjoy the gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen with lots of counter space for prepping all of your family’s favorite meals. Set up snacks at the breakfast bar or take your meal in the adjacent dining area with seating for 10. Just off of the kitchen is the Sunroom, a perfect spot to sit and enjoy quiet time with a good book and cup of coffee.

    On the main level you'll find three bedrooms. Bedroom One is the king ensuite bedroom with walk-in closet, large soaking tub, gas fireplace, and access to the hot tub. Bedroom Two is a secluded bedroom with one double and one queen bed. Bedroom Three has a queen bed with adjacent bathroom.

    Head upstairs to a loft sitting area with a twin daybed, an open layout great for game night with the family, and another queen bedroom with adjacent full bathroom.

    During the warmer months, enjoying grilling and eating outside on the side deck with forest views. With a washer and dryer, ping pong, and 2 adult bikes, 7 Lost Lane has all the amenities for a relaxing vacation.

    AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

What a great house for a summer vacation with my family. We loved the proximity to the village for quick bike rides to dinner. The house was in perfect condition and fully equipped for cooking and hanging out. Look forward to coming back to this house again next year.

Family trip with kiddos

We had a nice time at the property. The pictures didn’t do the home design justice. The cleanliness of the property wasn’t what we had hoped with an early walker. A few items in the house need repairs. Overall we enjoyed the property and would consider another stay.

5-Star Place!

Perfect for a nice Sunriver getaway. The high ceilings and how open the place felt made a this place feel fantastic. Plenty of sleeping space everywhere. Would come again!

Beautiful home for a large group

This house worked out great for our family of 9, with 4 children ages 6 to 15, and 5 adults. The hot tub was a big draw. There was also a ping pong table in the garage and two bikes. The large dining room table seats 10. The whole house is very nicely furnished. The only complaint was that there were not extra forks, and the knives were quite dull. They could also use some oven mitts. We had problems figuring out how to use one of the showers, and Bennington was very responsive, sending someone over quickly to show us how to turn it on. Unfortunately, he could not get the gas fireplace to work. Everything else worked fine. We really enjoyed the house and location. It was about a 20-minute walk to the village, and near a bike path.

Big house for big families

It’s a nice place to stay. There was plenty of room for 2 families. We would rent again if, there were SHARC passes were provided by the house. Not having the SHARC or a pool offered to the public in the Sunriver complex was very disappointing for our family and friends.

Great kitchen and family area

Nice location, near playground and village. Air conditioning would have the stay more comfortable. Hot tub private and accessible.

Fabulous house HOT weather no air conditioning!

Gorgeously designed and built house with generous. spaces for our multigenerational family of 6. Bed in master was excellent. Well stocked kitchen but knives were very dull according to the cook in the family! Decks and front entry stairs need refinishing. We would absolutely rent again, if air conditioned.

Great house for a big group.

We had 8 adults and 4 kids in our group and this house worked great for us. Big and clean, and an easy bike ride to the village. We would definitely stay here again.
