Designed for relaxed, easy stays, this single-level home offers comfortable living spaces and everything you need to make Central Oregon your basecamp.

Primary Suite
King bed with Smart TV, private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Second Bedroom
Queen bed with hotel-quality linens, a spacious closet, and Smart TV.

Third Bedroom
Two twin beds, perfect for kids or additional guests.

Bathrooms
2 full bathrooms — Primary suite en-suite with walk-in shower, plus a hall bathroom with tub/shower combination.

Living Spaces

Living Room
Settle into comfortable seating and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly, creating a warm gathering space perfect for families and groups. After a day of exploring, this is the ideal spot to unwind and plan tomorrow's adventures.

Kitchen
The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, a Keurig with starter pods, a drip coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, full cookware set, baking pans, and basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil. Everything is ready for morning coffee, quick meals, or cooking a full dinner together.

Dining Area
The dining table comfortably seats everyone for meals, games, or just gathering to share the day's stories.

Outdoor Spaces

Private Hot Tub
Soak in the private, fenced hot tub surrounded by the peaceful forest setting. There's nothing quite like unwinding under the stars after a day on the trails or at SHARC.

Decks & BBQ
Multiple outdoor areas let you enjoy the mountain air. Fire up the BBQ for dinner, enjoy morning coffee on the deck, or simply take in the quiet surroundings and forest views.

Garage & Parking

Off-street garage and driveway parking make arrival and departure easy. A Tesla Level 2 EV charger is available in the garage—please bring an adapter if needed.

Bikes

Five adult bikes and one youth bike are provided, sized to fit a range of riders:

• 1 XL adult bike — approximately 6'–6'5"
• 1 Large adult bike — approximately 5'10"–6'2"
• 2 Medium/Large adult bikes — approximately 5'4"–6'2"
• 1 Adjustable adult bike — approximately 5'–6"
• 1 Youth bike — approximately 4'8"–5'2"

Fall offers stunning forest colors and comfortable temperatures. Winter is perfect for relaxing indoors, exploring snowy trails, or enjoying peaceful downtime. Spring brings wildflowers and renewal. No matter the season, you're just minutes from the Village for dining and shopping, and miles of scenic trails are right at your door.
