  • Welcome to Pilot Butte Pad

    An adorable Midtown home built in 1952. This three bedroom two bath home has been fully remodeled while maintaining its original charm and fully equipped with modern amenities. Midtown area is another desirable location in Bend. Located one mile from the Deschutes River, downtown and within in walking distance to Pilot Butte State Park. This is a quiet neighborhood with a huge private backyard and a view of Pilot Butte. Close to coffee shops, restaurants, and groceries.

    This home features two living spaces each with a TV. One features a dedicated work space. Primary bedroom has a comfy cozy king bed, with down duvets and high thread count sheets. Second and third bedrooms have queen beds. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen which includes a breakfast bar that accommodates 4 plus a separate dining area that seats 6. Cozy living room space for those nights that you stay home after a day of adventure. Outside you will find a covered patio with a dining table and a 3 season outdoor patio with space to eat and relax. A gas BBQ to grill those gourmet meals. Enjoy the stars during those summer nights while sitting around the fire pit in the large backyard.

    Come and explore the majestic outdoors, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, floating the river, food, family, and friends. Central Oregon is a great destination.

The property was spacious and had a huge backyard for the area. This was perfect since we had a 3 year old with us that needed room to play, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. There was a large modern kitchen and every gadget you would need to make a meal. I definitely will stay there if it is available on my next visit to Bend.

Super cute, cozy, eclectic house, you can tell the owner loves their home and created a fun unique place. Check in was super easy. WELL STOCKED kitchen. Bbq was clean. Beds were comfortable and nice linens. And I’m always a fan for awesome water pressure and hot water for a shower! We mainly were there in the evening as we hiked all day. Very convenient access to main roads. Quiet neighborhood. Thanks for the great stay.

We didn't stay at a Winery at all. The house we rented was in Bend Oregon and we visited 20 Breweries. Overall we loved the house, location was great will keep this house on our list to stay again.

The house was a perfect getaway for a long weekend. It was very centrally located to the downtown and lots of shopping. We were able to Uber to a concert and it was a short drive. Some of us walked and it was under 15 mins. The house was VERY cozy. VERY clean. VERY spacious. The backyard was also large and relaxing. There were 5 of us and it suited our needs to a T.P.S. The Master bed was extremely comfortable and pillows were out of this world. If we come back to Bend we are seeing if it is available as it met all our needs.

This Pilot Butte Pad was a perfect spot for me and my family to stay for my grand-daughter's graduation from OSU Cascades. I've stayed in many rentals and this kitchen outshines the others in being wonderfully equipped for cooking, with everything that we needed to make a simple dinner within an hour of our arrival (though a suggestion would be to sharpen the cutting knives and the vegetable peeler-- and to supply a number of larger ice trays since we had to buy a bag of ice elsewhere). We also appreciated that they had coffee and tea on hand. The whole place is thoughtfully decorated with Oregon maps and interesting art. Finally, the beds were very comfortable and we appreciated that there were curtains to keep the bright sun out in the early morning. Also loved the location, right near Pilot Butte State Park-- the view from up there is definitely worth a run, hike, or drive!

Mid Century Bend Gem

We felt very comfortable in this home! So cute! Nooks and crannys everywhere, lots of natural light and very warm. Would recommended to anyone. Especially if you had kids or a large family. Plenty of rooms and a large backyard.
