"First time at ARC. Beautiful 3 nights. Especially being able to accommodate me on a lower floor was definitely a plus. Quick food options in the lobby. Would definitely book at ARC again."

"We love staying at the Melrose. It’s near the Foggy Bottom metro and there’s a Trader Joe’s across the street. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is great. Chanee’ was so friendly and helpful. She, along with the other staff there, always greeted us and asked if we needed anything. Lizbeth even text me during our stay to check on us and see if we needed anything. We will be back! "

"This was very clean, well kept, exactly how it was described on the website, close to a meter station and bus stops. the ONLY downside was the liquor store on the corner that attracted lots of loitering close by and some homeless looking beggers that seemed permanent. was comfortable after dark and would not have wanted to be here if i was alone. other places close by but didnt have the loiterers.."

"We stayed in room 701 top floor. The room is very spacious and remodeled. Nice big bathroom with jacuzzi. Love the fully equipped kitchen, we cook breakfast everyday 😊 If you don't want to cook and prefer to eat out, there are restaurants within 1 block. "This was an excellent propery for my family's stay in Washington. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment and were delighted with the space and quality of the furnishings. All staff were very friendly and helpful. AKA The Whitehouse was only a few minutes walk from the actual White House itself in what. It was straightforward to reach all the sites we wanted to visit. A shout out to The Founding Farmers restaurant for delicious breakfasts and to Andy's Pizza -fab pizzas!"
