Viatges a Beloeil

We were put in a capsule in the far end and it was a hot box in there that for the first night we had to book another hotel last minute. They said it was an air conditioning issue but they told the same thing to a couple who checked in the day before us but failed to fix it when they said they would. Not to mention that upon arrival, we had to find this out ourselves. The front desk lady did not bother to mention that there is an ongoing issue when she very well knew about it. It was very shady. Then we were told that they didn't have slides because people stole them? How is that our problem? We encountered 3 different people at the front desk and most of our complaints were handled by the lady with curls. She is on her phone 24/7 and paid no attention whatsoever and says whatever first nice thing that comes to her mind to "get us off her back". We were transferred to a better capsule the following day upon OUR request. None of this was communicated to the other front desk staff by that lady who handled our complaints. It was very evident because the other staff were confused when we mentioned that we are switching capsules. Some showers had empty body wash, the towels given to us had stains. Overall very poor experience. It's one thing to be on the phone on a night shift because it's dead but it's a whole other thing to be on your personal calls when you need to be helping guests during the day. They NEVER pick up phones, probably cause they're all on personal calls.

Good for a bed near the highway, but don't expect much more than that

Was a reliable cozy place to sleep. Our bed and floor was covered in pet hair and dirt and was just not very clean overall so we had to use our own personal sheets and pillows. The shared bathroom was clean enough but was not restocked once during our stay. It was hard to get in contact with staff if you needed something urgently. It was overall worth it for the price but I recommend you bring your own blankets, pillows and bathroom supplies like toilet paper and hand soap.
