"A family of six adults enjoyed a weeklong stay on Lake Sargent, with easy access to the water and plenty of chairs for relaxing on the beach or around the bonfire. The house came with a couple of paddleboards and a kayak that were used daily. The deck, equipped with a table, chairs, and an umbrella, was perfect for dining outdoors and playing card games. The host was very responsive, even checking in mid-week to see how things were going and if anything was needed. Conveniently located, the...

"The location of this was perfect for us. We went to 2 nights of concerts at the pavilion and the drive was very easy. The location to food and activities was also great! The place was exactly as pictured, very clean, and perfect for our needs. The host was phenomenal, communicative, and even helped us out when we arrived with a flat tire! We look forward to making this "our spot" when we come up for concerts in the future!"

"The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts. Highly recommend."

"“Cozy”—accurate description, kind of tight inside. Host was extremely responsive, replaced broken toaster, but could not get microwave fixed during days we were there (part delivered, but it didn’t fit). Perhaps it was growth spurt due to weather, but weeds had really popped up in lawn. Hot humid weather while we were there, but minisplit HVAC handled it."

"The main reason for booking this place was the animals and the option to reserve a trail ride or private yoga class. I message the host, Patty several days before our arrival to schedule in advance. Patty never got back to me with a day & time for the trail ride and yoga class. In fact, I messaged her 2x and even though she responded to my messages before our arrival and during our stay she claimed not to have seen my message. On the second day of us being there, she responded with “sorry didn’t...
