Lake Street Carriage House

  • The Lake Street Carriage House es una cochera totalmente renovada de 1860 ubicada en el corazón de Picton, Ontario, y acaba de recibir el Premio de Constructores 2016 del Condado de Prince Edward a la Mejor Construcción Residencial.

    Ideal para familias, amigos múltiples y parejas que buscan estar a poca distancia de todos los restaurantes, tiendas y teatros. Está a 10 minutos en coche del parque provincial Sandbanks, y cerca de todas las bodegas, destilerías y cervecerías artesanales del condado. También está a pasos del Millennium Trail para aquellos que disfrutan trotar, caminar y andar en bicicleta. Si lo que busca es golf, está a solo 5 minutos en coche del Picton Golf & Country Club.

    Apartado de la carretera, Carriage House ofrece el espacio y la privacidad para disfrutar de su tiempo de inactividad después de un largo día de explorar todo lo que el Condado tiene para ofrecer. Una casa de dos pisos y tres habitaciones que ha sido renovada y restaurada para garantizar que la historia del edificio se mantenga siempre que sea posible, al tiempo que proporciona un destino que le brinda todas las comodidades que desea para garantizar el tiempo que pasa en el La casa es lo más agradable y relajante posible.

    La planta principal consta de un plano de planta de concepto abierto con cocina completa, una sala de estar con chimenea de gas, lavadero, medio baño, un gran patio privado cercado y terraza con bañera de hidromasaje para 6 personas que se puede utilizar durante todo el año, barbacoa y chimenea / calentador de propano al aire libre.

    El segundo piso tiene tres habitaciones; El principal es muy espacioso con una sala de estar y cuenta con una cama king size. La segunda habitación ofrece una reina, y el tercer dormitorio ofrece dos camas individuales. También incluye un baño de 4 piezas con bañera profunda y ducha a ras de suelo.

    Aproximadamente 2. 5 horas de Toronto y Ottawa, 3. 5 horas de Montreal y se encuentra en el corazón de Picton, Ontario.

    Picton ofrece múltiples opciones para desplazarse, incluidos taxis, servicios de limusina para recorridos enológicos y alquiler de bicicletas (Bloomfield).

Our getaway was fabulous…the property was impeccable…clean…all the amenities were great (hot tub and bbq especially..!!) Close to town…great restaurants and breweries/wineries were close by…5!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the carriage house. The house is very private and well off the road, close to grocery stores and stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the hot tub and this lovely, cozy cottage.

Great spot in the heart of Picton! We were a family of 5 with young kids who enjoyed the walkable distance to restaurants/shops while also being within 15 minutes of Sandbanks.

Extremely comfortable and cosy home that was close to everything. Everything we could have wanted was there and the home is really lovely.

We were extremely happy with this accommodation which was spotless and had literally everything imaginable for our use.Really the only thing that could have been added was larger coffee mugs . Lol.We most definitely will recommend this accommodation to others and may return at a later date.

This is a beautiful house. Very clean and comfortable. Has everything one needs and the hot tub is a definite bonus. Great location as you can walk to the many downtown restaurants.

Girls weekend away

The Carriage House was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. The place was as advertised and even nicer! Beds were comfy and the house is well stocked with everything you need. We would definitely stay there again.

House is exactly as advertised and we had a lovely stay. One of the best furnished houses I've ever stayed in. Fully stocked kitchen. Salt and pepper available! Lots of towels. Soaps and detergent stocked. My only small criticism is to get a better house marker at the bottom of the driveway.

Restful stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully renovated and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and eat. The patio with hot tub is an added bonus :)

An amazing place to stay

This is a fantastic accommodation. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable & has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The location is also great as there are lots of restaurants you can walk to & lots of stores & wineries nearby. The hot tub is a lovely bonus! We certainly hope to return.
