"Christophe and Christine the property managers were very friendly and helpful in suggesting restaurants and chateaus to visit. The breakfasts each morning were incredible: fresh baked croissants and bread, fresh squeezed orange juice, eggs made to preference. The location nestled in among the vineyards was picturesque and very quiet. The total experience far exceeded our expectations and I hope we can make a return trip."

"We didn’t stay at the property although we had booked it. It was difficult to find and the signage once we did arrive to the correct place was not clear. On. Pointing this out to the owner he took great offence rather than accepting a little feedback. He accused us of not arriving on time, when no time had been agreed, yet we were there at 4:30pm when arrivals were from 3pm. "My husband and I had an incredible stay at Chateau De Ferrand! We stayed for only one night and the room, food, wine, and hospitality were out of this world! We wish we could have stayed longer. Balthazar and Elliot were very attentive, kind, and even gave us recommendations for the next stop on our trip. The views of the vineyards were lovely and it was quiet and serene. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!"

"Beautiful accomodation in magnificent town of Saint Emillon. The property in really well presented, breakfast is delicious, the staff are very welcoming and helpful. They do have some private parking but access can be tricky and confusing. If travelling by car, try to avoid arriving on a public holiday in Summer. It's bedlam!!! Also on the communications we received, we were directed to an alternate address to check in. Wrong! Half hour in the sun was no fun. Hopefully they will correct this....
