"1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. "Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. "

"This hidden gem was a great find!!!! We went to a concert at the Hartford Healthcare Bridgeport Amphitheater and did not want to make the hour plus drive home. We were lucky to find this cute place to stay. It is a basement kitchen, living room ,2 bedroom establishment that is nicely put together and is super clean. We would choose to stay there again if we are in the neighborhood."

"The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul."
