I don’t think the heater was working properly - we had it at the highest temperature but it did little to warm the small room, even after being on for hours, and we were very cold. The TV wasn’t watchable as the image was constantly flickering. Seemed an issue with the screen rather than reception - it was still the same problem when we mirrored off our own device. "This place advertises itself as a "luxury" accommodation but it was far from that. Check in was a disaster, and it only got worse. I was supposed to receive a message about what we had to do at reception but that did not happen. We where left at the front of a building that was supposed to be recption but no one was there. We rang the phone number and after out third call someoner answered, There was a couple who arrived at the same time as us but they had received a message about how to get...

"Nice and gorgeous hotel . Need someone to buy it and renovate it . Freezing cold in hallway and shared bathroom . Rooms have oil heaters bit better but still very cold . Ok for summer but not for winter. No one was at reception but lady kindly left a key for us . Room was clean and beds was comfortable . Bathroom was awfull. Like in cheap student hostel ."
