" Motel was very run down, door was open when we arrived and the heater did not work. It was 20 degrees outside and the room was very cold. When we asked for help, the staff implied that we broke the heater by simply trying to turn it on. Said to give it some time because I pushed too many buttons (on, high, heat were pushed). "I checked in at 7:30 which was considered after hours so the door was locked. I had to call to find someone to help me. The elderly lady came to the door after a while but struggled to get it unlocked. I told her I was checking in and she kept asking me what room I was in. Finally I saw 2 keys on the counter with my name and explained I believed those were for me. I had reserved 2 rooms. The 1st room had a broken flusher on the toilet. "Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though"

"Very old. Sheets had holes in them. Pillows were terrible. The toilet rocked. The tiles in the bathroom rocked. The fridge was iced over. No smoking, but people around us were smoking. The room was pretty clean."

"To start..I witnessed a Handicapped Female get denied a room on the first floor. The desk person said they were full on the first floor. There were 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot. Later that night maybe 10 cars. 2nd..the ice maker was broken on the first floor..it could happen..but they left the flooded floor for hours .very unsafe. 3rd..indoor pool was never turned on the 4 days we stayed. It was cloudy and very cold..no circulation at all. 4th ..ceiling tiles missing everywhere...wires...
