"Staff was amazing, rooms were clean quaint 2nd floor sitting area and breakfast each morning. Rooms have window AC units which are not the most ideal but everything else was great including location"

"We booked and paid extra for a room with a view but there wasn’t much to see from the floor we were on and the side we faced. Also beware they hold $300 deposit for incidentals and such when you check in, this was never refunded after calling the hotel and waiting 10 business day, had to dispute with credit card. In addition, grout in bathroom floor was filthy and stained, not properly cleaned or maintained. Finally skip the breakfast, food was decent but folks working there are unfriendly."

"Took a train to NYC for the weekend. Hotel was a short walk from Penn Station so we dropped our bags at the front desk before heading out to explore the city. Location is convenient: an easy walk to Times Square, Broadway shows, shopping, etc. Every member of the front desk staff that we interacted with was delightful! Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had a nice view of the city. Will definitely stay here next time we visit. Highly recommend"

"Das Zimmer ist sehr klein aber für die alleinige Übernachtung ausreichend. Wir hatten ein dreckiges Handtuch im Zimmer, bekamen aber auf Anfrage sofort ein neues. Ansonsten hat das Hotel eine sehr gute und zentrale Lage - auch die Aussicht ist top. Wir waren rundum zufrieden 😊"

"Standardhotel. Leider wurde nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Zimmer sowie auch die Betten sind viel zu klein. Wasser kostenpflichtig. Eher ernüchternder Aufenthalt. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht."
