"Very nice flat within a short train commute to Glasgow Central. The flat is nicely finished (as pictured) and has all the amenities that a traveler may want. Everything worked as expected and communication with the host was great. We were also pleasantly surprised with Paisley and what it offers in terms of places to eat, drink, and shop. The only thing that was less than perfect is that there was a bit of building noise (presumably from pipes, although not sure) and seagulls."

I have sent two emails and two phone calls to manager as instructed when checking out to discuss reimbursement and continue to not get a reply, been waiting a month, for a reply and nothing. Head of housekeeping said he was going to submit a report when not happy when we showed him thru the suite, have lots of pictures if manager would reply. Disappointed because it is a great place to stay,...

"The room looks nice, and I think the location is good. However, the maintenance could definitely be better. There’s no elevator, and the fan really needs a good cleaning. There were also no instructions on how to use the Google controller, which I think is also the thermostat.
