"Beautiful condo/apartment, right off the water near pier 2 for the ferry. Slept 4 people comfortably and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, as well as the ferry which was a short trip to Varenna, Tremezzo, San Giovanni, etc. I choose this specifically because I was traveling with a type 1 diabetic and it had afforded all the conveniences that were needed, including small fridge, electric stove, dishes etc, and a small market nearby. "Daniel was just amazing and the property has been very thoughtfully managed. Pool is immaculate. Location is just excellent and central to Bellagio. Only point of feedback would be the mattress in the bed being a little more comfortable. We will be back!"

"Great Location. Excellent views. Very spacious apartment. Internet (DSL) is very slow. No elevator. Just be careful with stair inside the appt especially with kids. Overall great location and family experience. Ferry just across the street. No issues."

"Instructions for check in were detailed and we had no problems. We were able to find a parking spot in the garage but be warned there are only a few and it's first come first serve. The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is in Fiumelatte, a 20-ish minute walk to Varenna which we were happy to do every day. "Our family of five enjoyed our short time in this beautiful rental. The location is great, the views are fantastic, and the apartment amenities are wonderful. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and have obviously put a lot of thought and work into the place. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay on Lake Como."

"This apartment is the perfect spot for a trip to Bellagio. With super close proximity to the beautiful lake & a few delicious food options. It is also a short drive or about 15 minute walk into the heart of Bellagio. The apartment is super clean & well maintained and Roberta is an excellent host. She went out of her way to suggest things for our family to do and places to eat. Her recommendation for dinner was spot on as well! We look forward to coming back soon! "
