"What a great place to relax. After the bustle of Vienna, this cozy inn nestled in a quite neighborhood was just what we needed to unwind. It's quirky in a great way. The staff was super friendly, the breakfast was awesome and the room was roomy."

"Hotellet er gammelt og beskidt. Alting bærer præg af at være brugt igennem årtier uden at blive vedligeholdt eller renoveret. Personalet virkede ikke særligt serviceorienteret eller venlige. Eneste positive er, at hotellet ligger i første række til Balaton søen.
Hotellet har så lavt niveau, at jeg faktisk ikke troede at Hotels.com havde så ringe hoteller i deres “portefølje”."

"We never spent a single night here
We arrived the night of Aug 2 for a six night stay and left within the hour.
The building was unlit, and there were large spiders around the entrance and the key fob panel. Inside the apartment there were spiders in every room. My husband tried clearing them with a vacuum and we kept finding more. When we opened the balcony door, it was far worse than anything inside.
I called the reception number twice and texted at 11:44 PM to say we were leaving and why. No...

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the REED Hotel in Siófok. The hotel is modern and welcoming, and my room was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
I had booked half board about six months in advance. Unfortunately, due to a recent stomach surgery, I was unable to have breakfast or dinner during my stay. I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating the hotel was. They even agreed to partially refund two dinners, which I certainly did not take for granted. Excellent customer...
