This was our home base while in the area exploring Acadia and we loved starting our day with views of the lake and coming back to enjoy relaxing by the firepit. "I loved the concept. However, it was a muddy mess to get back there. I don’t mind mud but you can’t carry everything back with you. I think they could put a path way with wood berms or hravel. I fell and slid in mud so walking back with a clean change of clothes impossible because your most definiy gonna fall i. the mud. loved the animals though"

"We rented this house to see the Fall Foliage and explore Acadia National Park.This house is about 40 minutes away from the park, but the drive is very pretty! The house is spacious and comfortable.The views from every window are incredible. The back yard is beautiful. We wished there had been more another tv, but the record player was such fun! This place is great!"

"Lovely space. I didn't stay as long as I'd planned due to weather so I didn't get to explore but the cottage itself was clean and well appointed. There's a lovely fire ring outside with plenty of wood even though it had been raining.Becka was super responsive every time I reached out."

"Our stay at Andrew's cottage was delightful. We spent a few nights here while on our honeymoon roadtrip through Maine. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed to cook dinners and have a relaxing trip! We visited Acadia as a day trip (~1 hr drive), but we actually enjoyed our time on Spring River Lake and hiking near the cottage more than Acadia! Nothing beats having morning coffee on a private beach, kayaking at sunset, or hiking Black Mountain and jumping in Schoodic Beach...

"We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was nice to have a spacious home and the deck with its view of the bay was absolutely amazing. Three full bathrooms (one for each bedroom) plus the half bath shared with the convenient laundry was very nice. There are two master bedrooms on the main floor, one at each end of the great room.
