"It's a cool and modern property. The location is great, since it is close to town center (walkable) and the hotel is practically built into a shopping mall. There are stores and restaurants. There are meeting facilities. And public transportation stops outside the front entrance. The vibe and deco is cool. The only thing that is a little odd is the view from your room, because it seems it pretty much does not matter where your room is, you are always looking into a dark alleyway or a wall. But...

"Nice neighborhood feel hotel outside of touristy areas. Convenient public transportation. Relaxing outdoor terrace for breakfast. And to top it off, they had last minute Lindt tour tickets that made our kids’ day !"

"Friendly, courteous, helpful staff. Changed the pressure in my bed and brought me an extra pillow to help me recover from my flight. They went out of their way to ensure my comfort. "Convenient location, comfortable beds, blackout curtains. However the rooms were very far from the lifts. A/C in the first room was not working so we had to move rooms. No phone or coffee, tea facilities in the rooms. Showers spill water during showers (not too bad, but it will wet the floors). The floor carpet by the bathroom was wet at check-in. Unfortunately no gym / fitness facilities. "
