" The pleasant demeanor and the high quality of service of all employees was very welcoming. The bartenders knowledge of the local wine/liquors and suggestions of what to drink was extensive. "Fabulous room in the heart of Verona, you really can’t get a better location. The room we had was amazing, fitted out to a high specification with everything you need. Alessia on reception was very friendly and helpful and gave loads of tips on things to do and places to go. The bed was the best we slept on in Italy so far. Highly recommend this place and you won’t be disappointed. Verona is awesome and the best stop so far on our Italy adventure. "
